Role overview

We are looking for driven individuals to join our sales team as business development associates. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in sales and e-commerce.

Key responsibilities

• engage in direct sales of e-commerce services

• build and maintain client relationships

• demonstrate service value and offerings

• negotiate and close deals

• assist sellers in launching online stores

• support account setup and onboarding

Compensation & benefits

• CTC: ₹5 LPA (₹2.5L fixed + ₹2.5L variable)

• training stipend: ₹10,000

• post-training salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 + incentives

• performance-based growth

Eligibility

• open to all streams (2025 & 2026 graduates)

• minimum 70% preferred

Skills required

technical: basic MS Excel

soft skills: communication, convincing ability, negotiation

Additional details

• training period: 25 days

• service agreement: 12 months
