Role Description

We are expanding! Hadwise Technologies is launching its dedicated Bhubaneswar branch. We are looking for two result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive our next phase of growth in the Odisha region.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Business Development Specialist will identify business opportunities, generate leads, and foster relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing lead generation strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering customer-centric communication to drive growth. The role also involves executing business development strategies to meet sales targets and contribute to organizational success.

We have two specialized openings:

  1. BDE Corporate & AMC: Focused on private sector, residential hubs, and commercial AMCs.
  2. BDE Govt & PSU: Focused on Liaisoning, Tendering, and GEM-based procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new business opportunities for Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance, and Security Infrastructure.
  • Lead Generation: Cold calling, site visits, and networking with facility managers, architects, and government officers.
  • Tendering (For Govt Role): Tracking and participating in Odisha State Tenders and PSU requirements via GEM (Government e-Marketplace).
  • Targets : Meet monthly & quarterly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Client Relationship: Manage and upsell to our existing high-value clients while building a new pipeline.
  • Reporting: Daily, Weekly and monthly updates on sales funnel, site surveys, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales/BD with Govt/PSU clients within the Fire Safety, CCTV, or Telecom industry is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Fire Alarm Panels, IP Cameras, and AMC structures will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Odia and Hindi.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and nearby industrial belts (Mancheswar, Angul, Jharsuguda).
  • A valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle for field visits.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment
