Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Meet potential customers daily to present products/services and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
