We're building India's green economy by helping people learn how to turn waste into real wealth through premium online courses and high-impact events. Now we're hiring a small, elite Business Development team in Delhi to scale this mission.

About Waste2Wealth

Waste2Wealth is an education-led initiative on a mission to create a cleaner, profitable, waste-free India by turning waste management challenges into business opportunities and sustainable green careers.

We run high-quality online programs, workshops and events that teach entrepreneurs, professionals and students how to build businesses around biofuels, recycling, and waste-to-energy projects.

What this role is really about

This is not just another sales job.

Your core mission: speak to highly interested, pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in our courses and events – and convert conversations into enrollments and event bookings.

You will:

  • Speak with warm leads over phone, WhatsApp, email and Zoom – no random cold calling lists
  • Understand their goals, challenges and financial capacity, then position the right course or event for them
  • Run a tight sales process: follow-ups, DMs, voice notes, reminders, and clear next steps
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining absolute integrity and transparency
  • Capture feedback from the market and bring it back to the marketing and product teams

What you will sell

You'll sell:

  • Online courses, live trainings and intensive programs in Waste to Wealth, biofuels and green entrepreneurship
  • High-ticket events, workshops and site visits hosted from our Delhi ecosystem

These are not generic, mass-market courses – they are niche, outcome-focused programs with serious career and business impact.

Who this is perfect for

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in any high-intensity sales / inside sales / BDA / calling profile (edtech, insurance, real estate, banking, training, coaching – all welcome)
  • Freshers with solid sales internship or demonstrated sales hustle can also be considered if you are truly exceptional

Skills:

  • Strong spoken Hindi and English – you should be able to switch between both like a pro
  • Comfortable talking to working professionals, business owners, and students on calls/Zoom
  • High ownership mindset: you treat your target like your personal business
  • Thick skin: you can handle rejections and still show up with energy on the next call
  • Coachable: you are hungry to learn scripts, frameworks, objection handling and upgrade your skills weekly

Attitude:

  • You like targets – you don't run away from them
  • You enjoy long conversations and solving people's doubts
  • You want your income to reflect your output, not just your hours

Location, working style and timing

  • Role: Business Development Executive / Inside Sales (onsite)
  • Location: Delhi office (full-time, 6 days a week, work from office)
  • Mode: On-call + Zoom + WhatsApp + CRM work

Training and probation

  • We invest heavily in training because your success is our success.
  • Structured onboarding on our products, audiences and sales scripts
  • Live call listening, mock calls, objection handling practice and feedback
  • Probation: 4–6 months, with clear, written performance benchmarks and support
  • Performers move out of probation faster and start unlocking higher incentive slabs.

Earnings and growth

  • We want closers who think like partners, not employees.
  • Fixed payout: approx ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & interview)
  • Incentives: aggressive, performance-linked slabs with no upper cap
  • Realistic earning potential for strong performers: ₹1,00,000+ per month (fixed + incentives)
  • Fast-track growth: consistent top performers can grow into Team Lead / Sales Manager roles in 12–18 months depending on performance
  • You will always know exactly what numbers you need to hit to reach the next income bracket.
