Role Description

This is a full-time on-site / hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Executive located in Chennai. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Business Development Executive to support sales performance, channel coordination and store operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales and luxury retail management with a fast-growing brand. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives, sales growth and effective brand presence across channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail coordination, or operations
  • Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is a plus
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong business and communication skills
  • Experience in account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of retail and sales operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to tools like Shopify is a plus.
  • Time management and organizational abilities, Open to travel.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative

    • The goal is to accelerate the candidate's exposure to high-performance retail environments and prepare them for advanced roles in sales or retail management within the company.
