Job Title: Business development executive

Job Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time (no work from home)

Salary: Fixed Salary

Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners

Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads

Negotiate contracts and close deals with client

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement

Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond

Proven experience in B2B sales and business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans

Confidence in meeting purchase managers, chefs, and decision-makers

Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing may be preferred
