Sales Business Development Executive

SmartCADD is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our business expansion into the Australia, New Zealand (ANZ), and USA AEC markets.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced sales professional who understands the International Engineering Services landscape. You will be a strategic partner in building our global pipeline, focusing on high-value Scan-to-BIM, MEP Coordination, and Revit Modeling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Market Identification: Research and target high-value decision-makers
• Omni-Channel Prospecting: Generate qualified opportunities through sophisticated LinkedIn outreach, personalized email cadences, and strategic cold calling.
• High-Level Qualification: Conduct discovery research to understand client pain points and map them to SmartCADD's technical offerings.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for our Sydney-based Director.
• Pipeline Strategy: Maintain and optimize our CRM platform to ensure zero lead leakage.
• Sales Enablement: Help refine capability decks and proposals for the Australian and US markets.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ Years of experience in Sales development for International engineering or BIM outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of BIM services and workflows
• Expert proficiency in Linkedin Sales Navigator and other tools
• Exceptional professional English (written and verbal)
• A history of hitting meeting targets in ANZ/USA markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
