About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. This role demands entrepreneurial drive, client-handling expertise, and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in India & overseas.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Develop market strategies to increase revenue and visibility.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with operations and purchase teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM for transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/Equivalent). MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Sales/Business Development (Polymers, Plastics, or Chemicals sector).
- Strong knowledge of recycled polymers (rPP, rPET, rHDPE, rLDPE & rLLDPE).
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Proven sales record with measurable results (must highlight in CV).
- Must clear background verification during recruitment.
