Job Summary:
Prior Marketing Agency Experience Compulsory
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a Marketing Agency and will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and closing business deals to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads.
* Generate new leads through various channels, including calls, networking, and referrals.
* Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions/services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Target-driven mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
