Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Initiate proactive sales conversations with new prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
• Close business deals by understanding client requirements and negotiating contracts effectively.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities and market potential.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client information.
• Coordinate with strategic customers to strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Define, track, and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and new services.
• Analyze market trends and business needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
• Prepare business reports, market research, and performance analysis.
• Build strong referral and lead-generation networks for continuous business growth.
