About the Role
We are seeking aSales & Business Development Executivewho will support customer engagement initiatives and contribute to business growth activities.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams toidentifypotential opportunities, engage with prospective customers, andassistin executing sales and marketing initiatives. The position offers hands-on exposure toreal businessenvironments and an opportunity to develop strong professional skills in customer interaction and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identifyand engage with prospective customers through outreach, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Assistin developing andmaintaininga pipeline of potential opportunities
- Support the sales process frominitialengagement to follow-up communication
Customer Engagement
- Build andmaintainprofessional relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provideaccurateinformation about services and offerings
- Ensuretimelyfollow-ups andmaintaina positive customer experience
Marketing & Outreach Support
- Support marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Assistin coordinating promotional activities and outreach campaigns
- Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition strategies
Operational Support
- Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Prepare periodic reports and updates related to sales progress
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of business development activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
- 03 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer engagement roles
- Fresh graduates withstrong communicationand interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
