Business Development Executive Illicium Motors (EV Industry) | Kolkata

Location: Beliaghata Industrial Estate

Address: 71, Abinash Chandra Banerjee Lane, Beliaghata, Kolkata- 700019

Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Days: MondaySaturday (10:30 AM 6:30 PM)

Experience: 03 years

Salary: 12,000 18,000 (fixed) + performance incentives

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Nurture and retain existing dealers act as their relationship manager.
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to generate and warm up leads.
  • Manage IndiaMART inquiries end-to-end from response to conversion.
  • Use Zoho CRM to track, update, and manage leads effectively.
  • Communicate professionally in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs, KRAs, and sales targets.
