Sales & Business Development Executive (AEC Focus)

This role is for professionals who understand how real estate and construction decisions are made and who already have strong working relationships with developers, consultants, and project stakeholders.

  • At BuildNG, we operate where architecture, engineering, BIM, and strategic project advisory intersect. We're looking for someone who can open the right conversations, at the right time, with the right decision-makers.

Who Should Apply:

You're a strong fit if you have:

  1. A technical background in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the AEC / real estate ecosystem
  3. Active relationships with:
  • Developers & landowners
  • Architects & consultants
  • Contractors / PMC teams
  1. Hands-on experience in:
  • Prospecting & lead generation
  • Client qualification & need discovery
  • Early-stage project discussions
  • The ability to sell value and clarity, not just price.

Key Responsiblities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with developers and project owners
  • Support proposals, presentations, and client discussions
  • Track opportunities using CRM and structured follow-ups
  • Drive conversions and earn performance-linked commissions

Location: India

Engagement: Flexible / Part-Time (Growth-oriented role)

Market Exposure: India.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: 50,000 70,000 per month + Generous Performance-Based Commission (uncapped, linked to successful conversions)
