Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth in our Electrical Safety Testing services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting services to clients including project teams, consultants, hospitals, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Electrical Safety Testing domain
  • Generate leads and convert them into potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders
  • Promote and explain service offerings to hospitals, industries, and project clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in service sector)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems/services is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
