Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive - B2B, Gifting

Experience: 2 years

Net Salary: ₹25,000-28,000 (Based on experience + incentives)

Work Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Timings: Monday to Saturday - 9:30 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership for B2B, Corporate, Bulk, HORECA sales channels for the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchase departments
  • Present and promote our product range effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • ​​Responsible for brand awareness through consumer education, brand partnerships, and relevant marketing and sales activities

Please note: You will be expected to do field sales as well.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with B2B sales a must 
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
