Job Description:
Finavenue Growth Fund, Scheme of Finavenue Capital Trust, is a distinguished CAT-III AIF looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Associate to contribute to the growth of our AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) CAT III. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in business development and investor relations, with the ability to independently manage key accounts and drive revenue targets. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to take on more responsibility and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Fund-Raising: Actively identify and build new business channels and partnerships to expand our AIF client base. Drive fund-raising efforts by generating and converting new leads.
- Investor Relations: Manage relationships with HNWIs and institutional investors. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, and participate in negotiations to close deals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Compliance & Market Research: Ensure all activities are compliant with SEBI and other regulatory standards. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the financial services industry, with exposure to AIF or PMS.
Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of AIF regulations and financial products.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
