We are hiring a Branch Head – Tamil Nadu to drive high-value project sales and institutional business for sports infrastructure and turnkey development projects.
This role requires strong experience in B2B project sales, infrastructure sales, government tenders, or institutional sales.
Note: Candidates from Retail / FMCG / Consumer Sales will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Ownership
Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Handle project ticket sizes from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+
Ensure 30–40% advance collections on confirmed projects
Business Development
Develop new business across:
Schools & Universities
Real Estate Developers
Sports Academies
Corporates
Government Projects / Tenders
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor Field Sales & Telesales teams
Review sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and lead management
Ensure CRM discipline and reporting
Project & Collections Management
Coordinate with Engineering & Execution teams
Ensure smooth sales-to-project handover
Track milestones and collections during execution
Tender & Institutional Sales
Identify and participate in government and private tenders
Manage bid documentation, pricing strategy, and negotiations
Build networks with municipal bodies, education institutions, and sports authorities
Ideal Candidate
6–12 years in B2B Project Sales / Infrastructure Sales / Institutional Sales
Experience handling large turnkey or infrastructure projects
Strong network in real estate, education sector, or government bodies
Proven track record in high-value deal closures
