Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding their needs, offering personalized solutions, and converting them into customers. The role involves consultative selling, handling inbound and outbound leads, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post Graduation or MBA (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in enterprise account ($Bil revenue company) lead generation in US market aligned to our GTM strategy.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes, identify and build a healthy opportunity pipeline by email, LinkedIn and other possible avenues. Meeting KRAs & KPIs Qtr wise without fail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and calling experience
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in a high-performance environment
