- Strong technical understanding of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment including Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Screen Printers, AOI, SPI, and Conveyors
- Proven experience in selling capital equipment or turnkey SMT manufacturing solutions
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes, soldering techniques, and line balancing
- Good knowledge of factory automation systems, robotics, and Industry 4.0 integration
- Understanding of electronic component handling, material management, and ESD compliance
- Experience in solution-based and consultative selling for manufacturing systems
- Exposure to vendor coordination, pricing, and technical documentation preparation
- Ability to bridge technical discussions between clients, internal engineering teams, and global technology partners
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Drive sales of SMT equipment and automation solutions by identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Market Expansion: Analyse emerging trends in the electronics manufacturing sector to develop market entry and growth strategies across key regions.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with OEMs, EMS providers, and manufacturing units to position NMTronics as their preferred technology partner.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to propose the right mix of SMT solutions based on customer requirements and production goals.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with global technology partners to align on pricing, product roadmaps, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Travel & On-Ground Presence: Frequent travel (6070%) across India for client visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and installations.
Education Qualification:
B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred)
Diploma candidates may require 3 years more working experience
