Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for introducing our services and IP offerings to various industries .

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients that would benefit from our services

Promote and sell the agency's proprietary marketing tools, technologies, and methodologies tailored to various sectors, highlighting their value and competitive advantages.

Build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, and networking within the industry.

Partnership Development & Client Acquisition:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in various industries

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create customized proposals and pitches to prospective clients .

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Drive sales efforts to secure new clients and expand the agency's reach .

Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reports to senior management.

Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets related to agency service offerings

Brand Advocacy & Market Positioning:

Represent the agency and its solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities .

Promote the agency's brand as a leader in innovative marketing and customized solutions .

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal team to ensure the successful closures

Provide insights and feedback from the market to enhance and refine products to meet client needs .

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries.

Proven track record in managing and selling innovative products or services.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch complex products and services.

Strategic thinking with the ability to identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions for clients.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and client relationships simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
