Overview
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in an L4 role focused on Operations and Trade Promotions Management. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-4 years of experience who excel in stakeholder communication, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in managing trade promotion operations, supporting business teams, and driving continuous improvement through analytical tools and automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day operations related to Trade Promotions Management (TPM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional plans and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support business insights and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable solutions.
- Support citizen development initiatives and automation projects where applicable.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across systems.
- Maintain documentation and provide training or support to end users as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, trade promotions, or related business functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and data handling).
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Good understanding of business systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for automation or data transformation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
