Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Tiruppur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships to drive business growth. Key tasks include client consultation, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves a customer-focused approach to promote renewable energy solutions and achieve sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored energy solutions
  • Experience in lead generation, business development, and building new client relationships
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of renewable energy, solar initiatives, and EPC processes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proactive, goal-driven attitude with an ability to work independently
  • Experience in the renewable energy or energy solutions industry is a plus
