Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Jaipur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product or service recommendations. They will also handle sales transactions, maintain records, and contribute to achieving sales targets set by the organization. Additional responsibilities include assisting in promotional activities and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Proven ability in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is advantageous
