Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bhopal. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing personalized customer service, understanding client requirements, assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. Key duties include managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and staying updated on product knowledge and current market trends to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and establish client relationships
- Retail sales experience and the ability to effectively assist and guide customers in making purchasing decisions
- Knowledge of jewelry and diamond products, as well as the ability to learn detailed product information quickly
- Sales persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management and handling point-of-sale (POS) systems
- A team-oriented mindset alongside the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion and jewelry products
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education; a degree or certification in sales, business, or a related field is a plus
