- It would be a blended process for 95% outbound and 05% inbound.
2 Associate will be required to make telemarketing calls using dialer and manual
resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer.
3 Up on qualifying the client, associate will transfer the call to Counselor in-house
4 Associate will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients and will enroll them in to
the product and services we offer.
5 Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operates
from Monday to Friday but hence can call associate to work on weekends when
Required
6 Associate must have more than 1 year experience in outbound sales in US. Must have US calling or call handling experience.
7 Incentives are being paid on weekly and monthly basis (Up to INR 2 lac)
8 Meal, both side pick and drop facility
9 Salary up to INR 35000
- Annual increment policies and appraisal.
- Work module is fixed. Company operates in accordance to US EST working hours
- Shift Log in from 7:00PM IST till 4:30 AM IST (Based on Day Light Saving )
- 5.5 working days
