Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Ahmedabad with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include presenting real estate solutions, conducting market research, and addressing client inquiries. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal interactions
  • Experience in sales, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying opportunities in the real estate sector
  • Knowledge of real estate services, pricing strategies, and customer needs
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is an advantage
