Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with US-based clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
Make outbound calls/emails to prospective US clients
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in US sales, B2B/B2C sales, or international calling
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of IT services/recruitment industry (added advantage)
