Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, delivering excellent service, maintaining product knowledge, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include keeping the store presentable, managing inventory, and contributing to a cohesive team environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills, including maintaining a positive customer experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Organizational and Time Management abilities for inventory handling and task prioritization
• Basic knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and transaction processing
• Teamwork and Collaboration skills to contribute to a supportive work environment
• Passion for fashion, culture, and an appreciation for heritage craftsmanship
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Sales or related fields are a bonus
