This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and driving sales of real estate properties. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about market trends and assisting in achieving sales targets.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to understand real estate market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and general computer literacy
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and time management skills
