Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Indore and kanpur locations, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties include conducting market research, presenting product information to prospective customers, maintaining a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with team members to implement strategic sales initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with sales software and tools, as well as basic computer skills
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the window solutions industry and related products is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model (onsite in Indore and remote work)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Sales target to be alin on monthly basis and dailiy 2 meeting with associated channel partners.
