Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Associate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing leads, and meeting sales targets by promoting the company's digital advertising and marketing solutions. Daily tasks will include researching potential clients, building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to meet client needs and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Understanding of the advertising industry and a passion for driving client success
