Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Kolkata, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting the restaurant's offerings to drive sales. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. The role also involves assisting in marketing efforts, maintaining accurate records of sales, and offering suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Sales and promotional skills, including upselling and introducing customers to new offerings.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a bonus but not mandatory.
