Qualifications

Proven skills in field sales, business development, and territory management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze competition, and develop effective sales strategies for HR and related services.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and comfort maintaining accurate sales documentation and reports.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, consulting, or professional services, is highly beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas for client visits and business development activities.
