Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, located in Dubai, UAE, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, the Sales Associate will manage customer inquiries, promote travel packages, and provide exceptional client support to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will also assist with visa processing requests, support the coordination of travel arrangements, and contribute to improving client service strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Knowledge of travel and tourism processes, visa applications, and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM software, and email communication
• Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in travel and tourism or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
