Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Associate role based in Coimbatore. The Tele Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering FACE Prep's services that align with their career goals. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working in a team
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
