Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Patna. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective students and their guardians, providing comprehensive information on various courses offered. Daily responsibilities include identifying new customer acquisition opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting follow-ups. You will also assist in coordinating with the academic and marketing teams to optimize student enrollment efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and handle inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in persuasive selling techniques, negotiation, and customer service practices
  • Analytical and organizational skills to track leads, monitor performance, and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and adapt to dynamic requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, education, or counseling is advantageous
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
