Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for achieving monthly sales targets by converting customers for design and construction projects. You'll be responsible for the entire customer journey, from lead generation through various channels to ensuring timely payment collection, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Experience Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Achieve monthly targets for customer conversions related to design and construction projects.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Customer Experience Ownership: Own and enhance the customer experience and journey within our Experience Centre, making every interaction seamless and positive.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through various channels, including Below-The-Line (BTL) activities like participation in expos, and through collaborations with Channel Partners and Architects.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of sales experience in a B2C ecosystem. Experience in the construction industry is preferable.
  • Communication Skills: Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: A well-organized individual with a high achievement orientation.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with using technology for reporting, interfacing with customers, and possessing at least basic MS Office skills.
