Sales Associate (Luxury Jewellery)

Role Description

The Sales Associate (Luxury Jewellery) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing a personalized shopping experience, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales by presenting high-end jewellery collections. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with product selection, answering inquiries, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, participating in merchandising activities, and ensuring the showroom meets company standards for aesthetic appeal and customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relationship building, customer service, and client engagement
• Sales expertise, including experience with luxury or high-end products
• Knowledge of jewellery trends, gemstones, and industry standards is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and an ability to maintain showroom standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales objectives
• Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
