Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their interior design and construction needs, presenting relevant services and solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating with the design and project execution teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves proactive engagement to expand the customer base and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Basic understanding of interior design, construction, or project management is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
• Prior experience in real estate, interiors, or construction sales is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
