Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Bhopal. The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing relevant information about travel and adventure packages, and assisting with bookings. Additional responsibilities include establishing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves working closely with other team members to ensure seamless booking and travel arrangements for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction
- Effective communication and sales skills, including ability to pitch and explain travel offerings
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client requests efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and knowledge of travel management software is an advantage
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of the tourism industry is a plus
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
