As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and sales driven associate to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for uniform fabrics across schools, corporates, and other industries. Day-to-day tasks include connecting with clients, presenting products, understanding client needs, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. The role also requires market research and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the uniform fabric sector.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate fabric solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and client support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B textile sales, preferably in uniform fabrics.
  • Strong network in the institutional or corporate sales segment is a plus.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in marketing, lead generation, and business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a relevant field is preferred
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
