Inside Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle direct sales and business development queries from various inbound sources
• Provide after-sales service and support to clients managed through queries
• Generate new leads and contribute to PAN India business expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and retention
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions and meetings

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 24 years of experience in a sales & client service-driven environment
• Background in hotel or hospitality sales is highly preferred
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and client handling
• Service-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
