We're hiring Sales Interns at our Hsr office to work on:

This isn't your typical internship with coffee runs and PowerPoint decks. From day one, you'll be:

Engaging in real-time sales closures with actual customers
Handling live negotiations that impact our bottom line
Having revenue conversations that matter
Learning by doing, not by watching
What You'll Actually Do

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels
Sales Conversations: Conduct product demonstrations and pitch our services to prospects
Deal Closure: Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signed contracts
Negotiation: Navigate pricing discussions, handle objections, and close deals
CRM Management: Track all interactions, update pipelines, and maintain accurate records
Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and competitive insights
Target Achievement: Work toward weekly and monthly sales quotas
Team Collaboration: Shadow senior sales team members and participate in strategy sessions
What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or 12+(any field)
Hunger to learn and earnwe're looking for drive, not just credentials
Comfortable with rejectionsales means hearing no more than yes
Communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to work from our HSR office full-time
Bonus Points:

Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, telecom)
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software
Active on social media with an understanding of digital engagement
Natural persuasion skillsyou've convinced people before

Duration & Commitment

3-6 months internship
Full-time commitment (wednesday to Sunday)
Location: HSR Bangalore (on-site required)

Compensation
