Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products and services, and assisting them throughout the sales process. The role includes generating and following up on leads, identifying sales opportunities, achieving assigned sales targets, handling customer queries, resolving basic concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Associate should have good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a positive and target-oriented attitude. The candidate will be expected to maintain proper records of customer interactions, update sales information, coordinate with internal teams, and provide regular updates to the reporting manager. The candidate should have good product knowledge and be able to confidently explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to customers. Previous experience in sales, retail, business development, or customer service will be an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply. The ideal candidate should be energetic, responsible, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
