About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage leads, sales activities, and client interactions through CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
