Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, calls, and social outreach.
  • Maintain lead details and updates in CRM.
  • Handle initial client communication, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for project info.
  • Maintain sales trackers, reports, and documentation.
  • Learn company services, sales strategies, and improve pitching skills.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in service industry (Digital Marketing and Relevant Agency experience is a Plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, client-friendly attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

2+ years (Branding / advertising agency background preferred)
