Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, calls, and social outreach.
- Maintain lead details and updates in CRM.
- Handle initial client communication, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for project info.
- Maintain sales trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Learn company services, sales strategies, and improve pitching skills.
Skills & Qualifications- Experience in service industry (Digital Marketing and Relevant Agency experience is a Plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, client-friendly attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools .
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
