Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Surat. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Galaxy Technologies services, and building lasting relationships with clients. Key duties include following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to customer retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and present effectively
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client engagement strategies
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, advertising tools, and sales funnels
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
