This role is for a Sales Associate in the Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) sector. The ideal candidate is a young, energetic, and field-ready individual who will strengthen sales operations by handling B2B orders, managing customer relationships, and contributing to market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Fulfilment: Handle B2B orders from Q-Commerce and Modern Trade (MT) clients. Coordinate daily deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch and follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with existing and new clients. Onboard new retail vendors, pushcart sellers, and small wholesalers. Act as a key point of contact for sales and service support.
- Market Intelligence & Price Monitoring: Track daily market prices and competitor offerings. Provide actionable insights to assist pricing and sourcing teams.
- Stock Management: Drive the liquidation of B-grade and excess inventory to pushcart vendors and local markets. Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams to manage product flow.
- Collections & Payments: Ensure timely payment collection from all customers. Maintain basic records and reporting on collections.
Skills & Qualifications
- Age below 30 years.
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel locally.
- Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for fieldwork and the agri/FnV sector.
- Basic familiarity with mobile apps and Excel is a plus.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude.
