We're hiring sales professionals to support our US Logistics process. The role involves outbound sales, cold calling, client acquisition, and rate negotiation. Candidates with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to shippers and carriers to generate new freight opportunities
- Book loads and coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Negotiate freight rates and finalize deals to maximize profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Manage daily load boards and follow up on available freight
- Provide timely updates, track shipments, and resolve service-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Who Can Apply:
- Experience in International Sales / US Process / International BPO Voice / Travel Sales / Ticketing / Freight Brokerage
- Prior experience in US Logistics or Freight Brokerage is a major advantage
- Comfortable working night shift
