FinTree Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive student enrollments and contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Understand candidate requirements, career goals, and educational needs.
• Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and learning pathways.
• Address queries related to programs, curriculum, fees, and career prospects.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospective candidates into enrolled students.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales pipeline activities.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, admissions counseling, education sales, financial services sales, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric and consultative selling approach.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
